1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the 98apk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 98apk is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including failed withdrawals sent to an incorrect JazzCash or Easypaisa number.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notifying 98apk immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4 Deposits and Payments

98apk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• Easypaisa – Fast mobile wallet transfers in PKR.
• Raast – Pakistan's instant payment system via SBP.
• Bank Transfer – Standard interbank transfers in PKR.

Deposits are typically credited to your 98apk balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. 98apk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages or issues on the payer's end.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method. Do not attempt to deposit funds from an account or payment method that does not belong to you — this will result in immediate account suspension.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money being deposited is from a legitimate source and belongs to you personally. 98apk does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 98apk are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. You cannot withdraw to a different person's account — your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account must be registered in your own name.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows (indicative, not guaranteed):

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within a few hours of request approval.
• Raast transfers: typically same-day or next business day.
• Bank transfers: one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These are displayed on the Withdrawal page. Withdrawal requests that fall outside these limits will not be processed until corrected.

98apk reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is standard practice to protect players and the integrity of the platform. If verification documents are requested, please provide them promptly to avoid delays.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

98apk runs promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, PSL season promotions and other seasonal campaigns. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside the offer at the time it is active.

General rules that apply to all 98apk bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering on games with high RTP or low house edge may be restricted or excluded from bonus wagering contribution — check the specific offer terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through collusion, duplicate accounts or other irregular play patterns will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

7 Game Rules and Fairness

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 98apk platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account on the 98apk platform.
• Using another person's payment method, identity or personal details to register or transact.
• Attempting to reverse, cancel or dispute a legitimate deposit after wagering funds.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to play games or interact with the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, sub-license or create derivative works from any 98apk content without prior written permission.
